As part of the college's contract with providers of software such as Microsoft 365 all student passwords need resetting every 70 days and mid November marks the 70 day point when most new students’ passwords will need resetting and the start of a period when many returning students will also.
Students can reset their own passwords in college using college computers or using the form on Moodle.
In addition it is worth knowing that a password reset can interfere with Teams App accessibility and functionality as the App looks for old password. If this does happen try logging in and out of Teams App using the new password or, in more extreme cases, reinstall the App.
