Infection rates in Lambeth were amongst the highest for  the new Covid variant, Omicron, in the run up to Christmas and in addition there is a nationally low vaccine uptake in the borough and disproportionate negative impacts COVID has on our student demographic. For those reasons the college recommends the following.  

 Masks ·         We know that mask wearing can have a very positive impact in reducing infection. In addition to wearing masks in communal spaces, we are recommending that masks are also worn in classrooms. We have supplies of masks and visors for those that require them. We understand that we have some staff and students who are exempt from wearing masks.

 Twice weekly testing ·         Staff and students are reminded that we should all be doing twice weekly lateral flow tests, please collect yours from reception. These must now be signed for at security
