From Friday 6th October at 3PM you will need Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up to access
Teams, your college email and your saved work in Office 365 outside of the
college. You may use MFA as a means of verifying your identity already if, for
example, you have online banking.
The first step is to ensure that you have a strong enough password to register when it is switched on. If you do not already have a password of sufficient strength (12 characters, upper and lower case, number and symbol) - Cl&ph@m$W4 for example) then the easiest way to reset inside the college is to visit the Learning Resource Centre or Digital spine or any college computer and press ALT CONTROL DELETE to get the password reset option.
