The coming Christmas holidays (and January Sales) as well as the recent Black Friday are peak times for digital scammers whether via text, email, QR or other means. The growing power of Generative AI has increased both the reach and sophistication of some of these scams.

As a response the college has developed a new space focusing on all aspects of Digital Security from Cybersecurity basics to romance frauds and mental health online. This will be added to over the coming month to hopefully make our students aware and keep them safe.
